Reverse pick up of damage product received

I have purchased a TV through online shopping site infibeam.com via order I'd 18337610, Sub Order ID 27929400, on 5th April and received on 22nd April.
On opening I found that the display of the TV was broken. Instantly I informed customer care centre of infibeam and did all they instructed including email with photos.
On 2nd may they initiated return which was not informed to me from their end. I came to know that when on 4th may gati courier office personnel called me for pick up but I was not available then due to election duty and confirmed I will handover the product over the counter by myself on 7th may.
On coming to gati office on 7th may evening gati office told me that the docket no is no more available in their system and can't receive that.
From then till today I am calling every day and getting response it take more 24 to 48 hours to resolve the problem.
Please help to resolve the issue.
