fraud response from snapdeal

Dear sir/madam,myself sujauddin mondal from west Bengal hereby informed you that on 4th march'16 I have ordered a fast track men watch from snap deal with order id 12128546009,amount Rs.1729 and due to some reason I cancelled my order.since last 1.5 months I am not getting any refundable amount from snap deal every time I called to customer representative of snapdeal they just ignore my response and said "we have successfully processed your cancellation request on 1st April,please contact with bank with ARN no.".But whenever I try to contact with bank they said that they can't help me due to non refundable request from snapdeal.I have also submitted my statement from date of perchase-till date on snapdeal by mail but everytime they just ignore my response.please do the needful and recover my problem as soon as possible.
