Misleading and wrong product delivery by Insta Ayush bangles

I have ordered a chuda set worth Rs 2800 INR from Ayush bangles .

I have given size as 2.6

there are basically 2 issues, one is they made the entire set with 2.6 size and chuda is always bigger at the upper end to fit the arm. But they sent the wrong size and when i complaint , they said they send same way to everyone and its my issue that it doesnot fit my hand. though in their website /page they give 100% guarantee and return option in case of damage and fit issue.

also the material used for the bangles is so heavy that it is not wearable it is more than a kg for single hand, this thing they are not acknowledging and also not providing a solution to it. they also dont give this information while selling the product.

I have been asking the address to return from past 6 days but they keep on saying they will send but they are not sending.

Now even if i get the address and send bangles to them i am afraid they will not solve the issue plus by money of 2800 will be wasted and it a fraud
