Cheap quality wrong size fake company torn product

I bought a boots from street style store... The product is different from the image and damaged, leather is torn like someone has already worn it and used it for a long time... I requested a return on 3rd March also.... From past 3 days I'm receiving messages that my product will be picked today, but each day at the the end I'll reeive a message that the adress was wrong... When I call the courier person he say he'll come tomorrow... But he never shows up I paid 599 rupees... It's a huge waste of time and money thr quality is very very very bad.... I want refund please help me....
