I have ordered a steel feeding bottle for my child ..which I purchased elsewhere and when I wanted to cancel the order ,there was no option of cancel so I choose option to return the product...later it was delivered and when I thought to again return it...they mentioned that this product is already in return process...when it was too late I called customer service executive...their behaviour was very wrong and they said that you are late to return this product...
I mailed 4 times will all photos and proof ,still they only say sorry but you are late to return this product ....
I want to complain and want my money back...their site should have an option to cancel the product...and why they give return option before the product is delivered...and after returning why they not accepting the return...it's a total fraud...
Please take strict action against meesho..
