Cheap quality wrong size fake company torn product

They have sent me a product which is very different from the product shown on the website very very very bad quality it feels like it's been already used.... I paid 599 and filed a return request also... But from past 3 days I'm getting messaged that it will be picked today and at the end of the day i receive a message that the adress Is wrong... It's so hectic.... and depressing.... Waste of time and money along with my 599/- i want a compensation for atleast 100 rupees more for wastage of my time and money that has been done by this company
