On 4th November, 2022 I had ordered phone case from https://phonescape.shop/ online website. The delivery was on 11th Nov 2022. But the product delivered was completely different from the orders one which is completely useless for me. The site is also not responding for the complaint.
I've atteched the picture of ordered product and recived product.
So kindly look into this issue and please help me to get the refund.
