Hi, i went to the shop for getting a colour printout and once the print out was taken, i asked the person sitting at the counter to share the scanner and share the price and immediately he started shouted in the local language and abusing and also came close to hit me twice. He seemed to be mad or mentally ill and not fit to sit in the store.
I was taken back and he took money also from my 20 inr just for the printout and didnt even give the copy. ( which is exploitation of the customer)
Not sure how to address this issue and but this has effected me mentally and request a solution or proper action to be taken against the shop keeper.
