I placed an order on Flipkart with Order ID OD436998326820169400 and paid 439 through UPI (Transaction ID: 606983963057).

Flipkart cancelled the order from their side.

However, despite the cancellation, I have not received the refund of 439. I have contacted Flipkart customer support multiple times and raised Incident Number IN26040816484082038310, but the issue remains unresolved.

Due to the delay in refund and repeated follow-ups, I have suffered unnecessary inconvenience, mental harassment, stress, and loss of valuable time. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter, Flipkart has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.

I request National Consumer Helpline to intervene and direct Flipkart to process my refund immediately and provide compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused.
1. Immediate refund of ₹439.

2. Compensation of ₹5,000 for mental harassment, inconvenience, deficiency in service, and the time wasted in repeatedly following up for the refund.

3. Early resolution of the grievance.
