Hi, I ordered for Ruchi Houseware Blue Plastic 4 Compartment Square Plate Set on 4th May, 2016. I have received it on 11th May, 2016. Order id: 13118533777. Upon opening the product I noticed, the color I was given is Orange! At the same time, price written at the back of the product is Rs.320, however, I was charged Rs.499 for it. I asked for a replacement. Today (17th May, 2016) I received the replaced product and this time it is YELLOW! What kind of a service is this when you are actually robbing people of their money? The price is still printed Rs.320, whereas I was charged Rs.499.
