QUIKR.COM IS NOT GIVING REFUND

Dear Sir,
Please go through the trail mail and be informed that I have booked Samsung Galaxy note 2 16gb on 22/04/2016 vide Order Id: 10149289.
I have seen in their site that the mobile was quikr certified. They have checked each and every aspects of phone. After seeing that I became fool and ordered the phone.
I had received the product on 25/04/2016 and found that back camera, front camera, sensor etc. are not working. I had faith on quikr.com so I paid Rs. 8927.07 online through netbanking at the time of order.
My faith on quikr.com has totally destroyed. I had no option but to ask them to take back the product and refund my hard earning money.
I have also informed them that if they don't give me back my money then I will complain about them in consumer court and online fraud.
They arranged reverse pick up of Samsung Galaxy Note II 16gb by Nuvo Logistics Pvt. Ltd. vide their Quikr reverse pickup order no. QKR0000412 on 27/04/2016.
Mr. Avijit Saha (employee of Nuvo Logistics Pvt. Ltd.) whose mobile no. is +91-8981824998, had verified the product before taking.
After that I am requesting again and again by mail at ‘’ doorstep@quikr.com, certified@quikr.com, support@quikr.com’’ but no response was received (Please see in trail mail). I have tried their customer care no. 08067364545 then Ms. Anita (customer care executive) informed me on 28/04/16 that Finance department has approved the refund and it would be credited in my bank account within 06/05/2016.
6 Th May 2016 has passed then I called again at their customer care no. 08067364545 then I got information that the refund would be credited within 11/05/2016.
Today I have called again to know the status of my refund then again got the same kind of reply that Finance department has approved and it will be credited in my Bank account within 13/05/2016.
They are playing with my hard earning money by making fake promises. I may be only victim to ask for your help but there might be so many consumers who are facing this issue with Quikr.com.
Please do something as strong as possible to teach them a lesson.

Dear Sir,
I had ordered mobile from quikr doorstep for 10000/- it was 3 days delay delivery after delivery I got noticed that mobile has display problem their half screen was pink.
I had called to quikr support and ask to stop payment to seller but they denied and said talk to seller but seller said he has proof that when quikr guy had picked mobile that time mobile was in good condition he quikr guy took photos before picked up.
Then I called to quikr complain dept they took 15 days time to check this issue and finally said that we mention in T&C that quality issue will not consider
But my issue is not quality issue this is damage issue and damage while quikr delivery.
Please help me
