Big bazaar mahabachat - Online booking not delivered nor refund money

My online order with big bazaar mahabachat offer on 11 August 2018 & my order no. BBMB000001996 .But i'm not even received my order product not even return my money.My order amount is Rs.1210 & it's paid by my online SBI Private bank account.My account no.2302897689 Jorhat medical branch, Assam.I'm contact Big Bazaar customer care no.many times.but they respond one day with a message by returning amount only Rs.322 as e gift voucher.they said my returning e gift voucher amount can be used any big bazaar retailer.but when I went to buy something from Jorhat big bazaar, Assam their customer care people said my e gift voucher message was wrong.my message pass code was wrong.i contact big bazaar customer care no. many time but they didn't send any positive results to jorhat big bazaar retailer customer care people on date 30/10/2018.this whole situation bring me mentally & physically my whole body depressed.i'm a simple living person.when digital INDIA help people,a simple living person depressed by a great commercial body.I'm income my every single money with great respect.i m'nt waste my money just this way.it is small amount but for me it is huge.I'm simple living consumer,but this incident fully depressed my whole body with physically & mentally.please Sir help me.
