Poor services by Mebelkart online shopping portal

I have placed a order with the online shopping portal www.mebelkart.com for a 4 door marc 4 door wardrobe on 24th march 2016,order id-1001926610. The company told me that the product will be delivered in 15 days but finally the product was delivered on 20th may. After delivery of product when i called the company for assembly of the product they asked me to arrange by myself and will be reimbursed by the company of charges.as i arranged the local professional for assembly but some parts were also missing,as i contacted the company for the parts but there were no reply from their side.now i have already bought the product and arranged it and have asked the company to reimburse the amount but each time they reply that please wait for 48 hours and your complain will be resolved.I have raised a ticket with the company vide ticket no.63333 for the issue.
I think i have spend a lot on making call to the company,but the main thing is this that the services by the company is really pathetic and the product delivered to me has some missing parts.I have been harrased by the company mentally and financially.
Please help me in this matter
