i ordered a cctv camera to snapdeal and i got a piece of stone inside the parcel box.

hi, i am Ahmed hussain kazi, i ordered a cctv camera of magnum elite 24 ir night vision via snapdeal on27 oct 2016 and on 9 nov 2016 i picked up parcel from a courier agency, after i opened the parcel box i got a piece of stone instead of what i ordered and soon i complaint to the snapdeal customer care with details but there is no response still now, i am sending a image with this letter, please do something with good results for me.Either i need cctv camer or refund of my money which is 2145/- rupees, i shall wait for your favourable reply.
