Complaint is regarding not changing the mattresses which come under the warranty

this complaint is regarding our 2 mattresses which are totally sleged and filled with air. both come under the warranty and we initiated the complaint process on 13th of April, post that whenever we call the call center we are informed that the complaint has been sent to the higher authority and we are awaiting approval. I have never got any call from the company and my mattresses came with 10 years of warranty.My date of purchase is 11-10-2015 and we filed our first complaint in Februray which was closed by the company marking the issue as resolved and we never got any call from the company confirming whether our issue was resolved or not. Now as well there is no response from the company, I keep calling them and the customer executives keep saying we will escalate the issue. The issue has not been touched after the 13th of April, 2017.
