Delay in service of SAMSUNG INDIA SMART PHONE, bought Samsung J5 from online

I bought Samsung J5 from online (model name SMJ500FZKDINS and SL NO: RZ8GAO6HHZH(352672073279416)) and it failed to turn on 04/08/2016 and when i visited samsung service centre okhla , the customer executive denied in receiving the same stating that that the display spare is not available and asked to visit the same office on next week , and providing the confidence that i could receive rectified device on same day hand to hand.
On visiting the okhla service service centre on next week another executive apologised for un-availability of spare and demanded copy of bill, cancelled cheque and id proof for processing the replacement of HANDSET. As per discussion i submitted relevant documents and handset on 18/08/2016(BILL NO:4219827363) and they confirmed that i could receive the replacement by 15 days and till the date i haven't recieved any replacement and no positive results. I am in a great trouble with out mobile. So i kindly request JAAGO GRAGAH JAAGO to take some action on the same.
