Reliance customer service is totally bad, regarding poor network in my area

I called up reliance customer service at least 10 times regarding poor network in my area. Everytime I was placed on hold and after minutes of waiting the call was disconnected. I had recently ported from Airtel to Reliance for better network but it all went in vain. I am missing out on important calls and I cannot port to any other network before 90 days. I feel cheated. Is there anyone who listens to the common man in this country
