Delay In Payment and Invalid deduction Searchline Database Pvt. Ltd

I have taken 500 pages plan from Searchline Database Pvt. Ltd.

At first everything was done on time from the delivery of my pages till QC report

But the payment was delayed by the company end from 10-12 day's

In the mean while I could not even work as I had to take many follow up to get my payment

And when the cheque came it was of 25100 instead of 29450 they are saying that it is cause of some TDS and charges
