I TOOK CONTRACT FROM ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANY FOR PEST CONTROL IN MY HOME AT KISHANGARH VASANTKUNJ ON 12.06.2016. I GOT THIS CONTACT FROM JUST DIAL. THEY SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE SERVICE ON CALL AS PER OUR REQUIREMENT. BUT SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM IS NOT UP TO THE MARK. WE NEED TO REQUEST THEM NO. OF TIMES TO COME FOR PEST CONTROL.
LAST TIME I CALLED THEM ON 17.09.16 FOR PEST CONTROL ON 18.09.16. THEY DIDN'T SEND ANYONE. LATER WHEN I CALL THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND PERSON FOR PEST HAS COME TILL DATE.I TOLD THEM TO REFUND THE CONTRACT AS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ME SERVICE. BUT THEY BLOCKED MY NO. AFTER THAT AND I UNABLE TO CONTACT WITH THEM.
THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WANT SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM FOR HARASSING ME LIKE THIS WAY AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO REFUND THE CONTRACT AMOUNT OF RS. 900/-
