I have been charged Rs. 250/- for the PUC Certificate for my Diesel Car Regn. No. DL10CG3182 on 11-11-16 by Tikri Service Station (Code- D123). I was in hurry that time and could not check the rate list, later on I checked and it is Rs. 100/- +ST.
Further, neither the PUC certificate nor the Centre display the rates for the services which, I think, must be mandatory so that overcharging can be avoided.
I am attaching the PUC certificate and receipt by the person at centre on the back of certificate for your action.

Overcharging by PUC Center for renewal of my PUC certificate by Gaurav Agrawal:

I renewed my vehicle HR51AZ0845 (Diesel car) PUC from M/S PRADHAN PARYAVARAN WELFARE SOCIETY(PUC Center Code UP0800085) on 15-May-2023 on Agra Bypass road to delhi. He charged me 250 Rs. I told him that charges as per parivahan site is only 100 rs but he refused to accept the same and i have to pay 250rs. Later on again check at the https://puc.parivahan.gov.in/ with the help of my car registration number & chassis number. It is 100 + Service tax only. He overcharged me and this is a scam which is run by many PUCC. My PUC certificate no. is UP08000850003068. Request you to please take necessary action.
