Imposing 5% extra charge in name of SUR TAX
As per restaurant management/staff this is mandatory and not optional.
Different arguments saying this is against operational cost. Another argument given was that restaurant is similar platform as online home delivery app based platform and having more tax.

Hotel manager was rude and was asking me to show where it is written this tax is not applicable.
