We had a family dinner on 21-12-2019. We were served 3 HIMALAYAN Mineral water (750 ml each) and we are charged Rs 195 for each bottle and a total of Rs 585+GST over and above this. Wherein, the MRP of the bottle is Rs 45 each.
We are aware that a restaurant can charge little more than the MRP of water bottle for serving. However, a charge more than 3 times of MRP is purely an extortion and exploitation of consumers. I am attaching the picture of the bill and the product. I would like a strict action against the concerned company so that going forward there are no such issues with other customers.
