Incomplete order delivered by Haldiram’s, one item was missing from the order

I had ordered some snack items from Haldiram’s but I one item was missing from the order, and one item received was very near to expiry date. This was my first order from Haldiram’s Online site. Very poor experience, when I registered a complaint they are making me fool by saying all items were delivered.
