I, Sonal Sharma, had gone along with my husband and two friends for spending an evening at Soi 7 Pub & Brewery 205-208,209A Cyber Hub Gurugram. I ordered for Pina Colada drink. I drank about two third of it and then I saw something blackish at the bottom of the glass. When I took it out with the help of straw I found out that it was a fly. I complaint the same to the waiter and asked for the management where in the waiter told me that management is outside at gate and cannot come. Thereafter I asked for the complaint register from them to put it in writing but they refused and said that there is no complaint register. They just gave me a feedback form and told that you can write it in that. After some time my stomach started aching and felt like vomiting. I started feeling sick and the management did not take any responsibility of it. It further caused me harassment and mental agony. I am a pure vegetarian and that sight of fly in my drink is not going out of my head.
