Pieces of glass found in food. I have ordered one chocolate glass cake from Zomato and I found pieces of glass in it while eating I think that I have also ingested a small piece of glass before as I heard the sound then later I found two big pieces of glass in my cake. This is a serious health issue and hygiene lapse on part of the restaurant. They should me made to compensate and strict action should be taken against them for such carelessness. I have also filed a complaint with Zomato but they are not doing anything
