Restaurant Complaint Complaint Date: March 15, 2020
This is to inform you that I had ordered one plate idli at Vango Restaurant Behror , Jaipur road on Saturday 14th March,2020 and gave the my debit card for the payment.It was super and my money was debited from my Andhra Bank account.Again we ordered some combo and when payment was given then the manager over there charged again asked for 240 rupees for the previous order saying that my debit card was declined.But my money was debited immediately.When I asked him he said I will get my money back in 1 hour but 24 hours are over now and my money is still not credited.
It is a cheating done upon me and I want the action should be taken against the employee there.
I want my money back.
