Stale and Rancid food at Barbequeue Nation

I had a horrible experience at Barbeque Nation, Global Foyer mall in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on Tuesday (April 5, 2022) night.

I went there with some friend to celebrate a birthday. They were prompt in serving us golgappas but we found them smelly, rancid and stale. We complained and the manager Satya Prakash owned up to the fact that the potato has gone bad. I have no idea why they served bad food knowingly.
We were then served some palak chat which too was smelling. As it turns out, their curd had also gone bad.

I would like to lodge a complaint against this restaurant.
