I had booked Professional courier service for delivering a woofer speaker from Kerala to Mumbai on 14th November 2016. When this was delivered to the addressee, the product was received in broken state. I raised a complaint to their head office reference number CGR6734752. Initially, they agreed to look in to the matter and now they are not even responding my mails. I want my courier cost which I paid to Professional couriers Rs. 640 plus Rs. 5000 cost of woofer and additional Rs. 5000 for bad service and mental agony. Please help me in getting my issue resolved and grievance to be compensated. Professional couriers have taken customers for granted.
