Non Refund of amount paid and difference

We have booked a Travel Package for 4 Dham with Dook Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, Noida. The said Company has accepted full amount of Package, which stay and Helicopter from us. They have also issued confirmation vouchers and mail to us. They have taken amount from us for Luxury package and confirmed us by mail. After giving Confirmation Vouchers, in one hotel they had not made our bookings as per confirmation and shift us to another cheap hotel. They had also not made payment of that hotel and asked us to pay the amount of Rs.15000/-. We have made the payment of Rs.15000/- as the Hotel peoples are not allowed us to check out without payment. In other hotel after confirmation of AC Room, They had booked Deluxe Room and after confirming from Hotel they confirmed that the travel agent booked only Deluxe Room. One major jolt the travel agent made is they had not booked and paid for helicopter after receiving the amount of Rs.63000/- from us. They committed us to refund the amount in 2-3 days, but all the time they cheated us. Please recover our amount paid and difference of hotel aggregating to Rs.1,10,000/-.
