Dear Sir,
My self Pankaj Samrit I'm the flat owner. I gave my flat on rent to a educated family before 1.5 years onwards. Till the room rent was 2.6 lacs but I get only 60k from my tenant and 2.0 lacs is pending.
I requested them lot of times but still they not any single amount.
