my senior citizen mother aged 79 years has account with amazon in the name of ssochani . recently she ordered 15 ltr fortune sunflower oil BATCH NO (AO) SF24IO2 MFG ON 12 FEB 20 sold by some nila new delhi through amazon.
the mrp shown on website and on can recd shows Rs.1940/- but she was charged Rs.2475/-
being old she prefers to purchase from amazon then visiting local shops.
sir, now when i brought this issue to her notice she feels depressed and hurt as she has been a loyal customer of amazon and has made huge purchase since last few years
and now she feels cheated any feels she has being charged more always and more ever we never expect such dishonesty from a reputed company like amazon upon whom millons of indians trust.
pls sir do the needful or guide best that such cheating is not repeated with any other aged persons or with those who has less knowledge.
if any thing happens to her due to depression i shall hold amazon liable for it.
i am requesting your honor to do justice i have attached invoice copy and other necessary attachments
