I Amit Kisan Ugale from Maharashtra, Dist-Palghar, Tal-Vasai, City- Virar.

I bought TVS Jupiter scooter from authorized magnus motor showroom which is in Virar in the year of 2016. Name of the owner is Mrs. Sunanda kisan ugale. There is too much manufacturing fault in this TVS jupiter scooter. I registered complaint many times on TVS toll free number 18004252077, also informed to magnus motor about the same but did not get proper support from TVS motor company Many times i took office leave for repairing the scooter but still we are facing problems. Also contacted to Mr. Anuj Singh(TVS) & trhere support team for replacement of the scooter as the problem is still unsolved but he is not responding.
also they are not helping us to replacement the tvs Jupiter scooter.
