Myself Sakshi Bhat from Pune, this complaint is againt an online shopping ecommerce site hippily.com. I had ordered shoes from the site. The deilvery took around a month. The shoes were nt my size as well were defective. After daily email, they would respond once in a week.and agreed to refund the amount after the product is received by them. I have couriered the product back via DTDC courier services.
Below is the tracking no P38359847.But neither they refunded any money nor did they responded back. Strict action should be taken against them. They caused me monetory loss as well as mental torture.Order id for reference is #1652276863
