didn't get a Lays Stay Rack for my Shop

Dear Sir/ Madam
With all your honour i want to say that i'm the owner of a shop (Kiryana shop), located near the famous lake Manasbal Lake, district Ganderbal, jammu and kashmir. And i'm the regular retailer of PepsiCo company products (pepsi, fritolay, lays etc). I was promised to be given a Lays stay rack for my shop, but neither that promise has been full filled nor any company personel came to visit since then.
Now i want to file a complaint against lays company and ask them to help me out through it, that will be your most humbleness
