Refund of charges for non-opted add-on complained to Videocon D2H service provider

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please find below the details of my account:

A/c No. - 98507375

Name - Suresh Mishra


I had complained to Videocon D2H service provider that D2H mobile add-on was activated against my A/c without the request being initiated from my side. D2H customer executives also could not give any account/proof of the service request made by me.
They are simply saying that it was activated through my mobile. However I started using the mobile app much later than when the service was activated (Oct 2016). Having said that, I never activated any add-on through the app. I just use the app to manage my recharge. It can also be verified that I have never used the mobile service ever. Precisely because I never activated it.

Keeping this fact in mind I had requested them that the charges levied for this unwanted services be refunded to me. Unfortunately the service provider is straight away denying the fact and stating that I had activated the service.
