I have been a regular customer at the above store. I had visited the store today and after shopping was waiting for billing , but was surprised when my turn came for billing , I was stopped and told by the lady billing that there was someone before me for billing but was not seen in the que. This irritated me and had to leave without buying anything. When I asked for the floor manager addressed my issue he just said sorry.Since this incident I have decided not to visit reliance henceforth and also advise my family and friends from visiting reliance fresh stores again. I would like to know what action has been taken taken against the said employee and the manager.
