Dear Jago Grahak,
With great regret i'm writing this ..I booked 3 rooms for the Birthday party of my brother at Misty Hills, Mahabaleswar on 31st March 2016 on 12:10 am; Check in was on 1st April and check out was on 2nd April 2016 with charge of Rs2215 per room; When my brother and his friends reached at hotel; hotel owner denied any such booking confirmation, then i called Goibibo toll free number and asked for the hotel booking status ..telecaller kept me on hold for the almost 1 hr to make the confirmation and arrangement at the Misty Hills, but she didnt come with any positive output ; afteer 2 hrs i called there manager Ms Sabina for the same and asked her to let the boys check in the hotel ASAP since all were standing outside hotel for more than 3 hrs ....she assured to do needful at earliest ...i demanded to resolve issue till 12:30 pm ....then one telecaller called me asking for change in property....he also accepted the mistake done by GoIBibo ; I asked him few questions ...since i booked Misty Hills and payment done to GoIBIBO why confirmation call from GOIBIBO didnt came ? If hotel was not confirming booking then why not it was intimated to me ? GoIBIBO had more than 36 HRS to between booking and Check in ....No status update send by GOIBIBO ....still today they donot have any answers for anything ...i booked another hotel for my brothers birthday party after 5 HRS of useless discussion with GOIBIBO spent almost INR 50000/- EXTRA for the another hotel ...still no initiation from GOIBIBO for customer ..I also wanted to mentioned there are hundreds of issues with GOIBIBO on Jago Grahak with similar or other issues …..another thousands of complaints on other portals…..So ….I request Jago Grahak to Help me with this case on priority so that no more customers will face same issues in future ...
