Respected Sir/Madam.
My name is Abhilash Nair, from Kalyan of Thane District, Maharashtra and I would like to complaint regarding my recent electricity bill from MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electric Distribution Company Ltd) is wrongly calculated by MSEDCL

May be On 29th of April 2016 (Date before May) MSEDCL Technician had replaced old meter, with new meter on our building premises may be due to manufacturing defect or some other issue.
Our Electrical consumption unit should be 150 to 250 Unit per month, not more than that, and this new meter installed a month back.
My last 3 bill, which had been paid, on April1880, March 1900 & on Feb 1460 at that time meter was faulty and they had send average bill as per consumption.
In this regard I had lodged a complaint with MSEDCL Customer care and my reference No. is 4064236.
But no body attended my case till 01 June 2016, so I went personally on 02nd June 2016 to MSEDCL office at Tata Power area of Kalyan east, and talked to Mr. K. Pardeshi, who is holding the position of Assistant Engineer.
He forced me to pay the bill amount of Rs.10,853, he talked in egoistic or rude manner.
There is no option to change the power company, so we have to obey them because we are their slaves.
We (me and my wife) are working person leave home at 8pm and reach home in the evening 8pm, only my aged mother in law stays in home.
Also we didn’t brought any New or old electrical appliances from last one year.
Sir, I am requesting you to took action against them and advise them to send revised bill, so that I can pay it before due date.
I had tried to upload a copy of recent bill and others supporting documents but its not uploading, if you provide me email id, then i can forward it to you for your kind revision.
