Dear team,

I had purchased ACER LAPTOP AS E5 573 on 05.07.2016 from Vijay Sales,Kharghar Navi Mumbai. From the 5th day we are not able to use few application.was not able to open the play store.koi bhi window open karte teh to band nahi hoti thi.While switching on the laptop it takes time to on & after some time it gets blank & again after few seconds/minutes we get the desktop (the same was faced by vijay sales team).On 6th day of the purchase we went back to Vijay sales & showed them the laptop.they told us to update the system & also to contact customer care.the same day evening i tried to update the system but in-vain.Windows is not getting update.tried to update windows..for continuous 2 days it was only showing 65% updated.Though we have very good wify connection. on 7th day we contacted customer care via email.but unfortunately their email address was not correct.then some how we managed to get the correct email address.Meanwhile the laptop started giving more problems.their executive came to check it said that it had to be updated.he tried doing that,which he also failed.we back again to vijay sales n requested them to get it replaced.now the system is getting more worse.if we open any application the window closes.n the system asks for restart.
iam continuously in contact with vijay sales team & acer customer care via email & telephone.
