Hello my name is rajendra I was ordered flute tan sandal from snapdeal bt it was a defective so i refund it I get my refund of sandal prize bt I can't get my courier charges when I call snapdeal customer care they told me they return my courier charges within 48 hours and told also send the courier receipt I also done these bt 20 days I waiting bt they don't send my courier charges now they told u r charges is greater than sandal amount bt in courier service any where they take rupees according to there weight of courier now snapdeal customer care told me they not give my money back
sir plz help me out the amount is 465 rs
