Regarding wrong payment done

I have an account on www.freecharge.com. I have registered on that website with my gmail ID - takkudj@gmail.com.

I had transferred 450 rs by mistake through the mobile application to another number - 8600993927 on 1st May 2016 and the transaction ID was - 9128018FBD044728919C20D9F400F496.

The customer representative from freecharde.com had told me that the amount will be reverted back within 30 days if the other user doesn't signup with freecharge.

I have dropped them multiple emails regarding this issue but didn't got any help.

Please help me getting my money back.
