google pay froude. my paymant is stuck in google pay and company is not helping me.

mene 27/12/2023 ko google pay se ek repido wale ko payment kiya tha.but mere yaha se paise kat gaye lekin uske pas nahi pahuche. mene complent bhi dali thi googlepay me but unhone bank statment maga mera or jiske pas gaya hai uska. sir mene aapna bank statment de diya but uss insan ka na mere pas number hai naa me janta hu usse mene ride booking ki thi to usse payment kiya tha. to sir me kaha se samne wale ka bank statment la sakta hu or koi dura mujhe dega bhi kyu bank statment.sir mere google pay me aaj 07/01/2024 ko bhi paymant processing hi dikha raha hai but paise 10 din pahale hi kat gaye.mene aapna bank statment bhi de diya hai google pay par but koi respond nahi hai vo log samne wale ki bank statment mag rahe hai. sir me kaha se lau. bol rahe hai ki paise nahi milege. custumer ke paise kat gaye to waha sucesfull dikhana chahiye payment but processing dikha raha hai fir bhi piase nahi de rahe hai 10 din ho gaya bhut paresan kar diya hai.
