I have recharged Rs 400 in R wallet of UTS but the money is still not credited.

I have recharged Rs 400 in R wallet of UTS but the money is still not credited. I have reported complaints where uts complains but nothing has been done. If my money is not credited, I am not able to buy my ticket. In which my 400 rupees will be credited, it will be very beneficial if you arrange it.
