PAYTM Refund Not Received

I am PAYTM account holder. I have logged in PAYTM website for mobile recharge. At the time I did not have wallet balance in my PAYTM account. I did a mobile recharge of Rs 100 using net-banking facility provided by PAYTM. The paytm order ID is 1689196815 of Rs.100. My bank statement showing the debit of Rs. 100 by PAYTM under the name of INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. I did not receive mobile recharge, however the fund has got transferred to Paytm Wallet same day. The nest day when I wanted to use the wallet money to recharge again, the wallet balance was zero.

I have requested PAYTM customer care to refund the funds in to my bank account. But I have not received any response from them. I have searched similar cases have been observed against the Online Recharge company. PAYTM is violating the SEBI as well as RBI norms for online e-commerce business. I need my refund from PAYTM.

Sir, I need the matter to be addressed immediately. PAYTM is a public nuisance cheating the online community with financial loss and distrust.
