Dear sir/mam,
i have purchased 2 nos trimmer from Amazon one is Philips worth 2099 rupess Ordered on 11 July 2018 Order# 406-2189221-0425956 and one is J-GO TOUCH MAX worth 397 Ordered on 11 July 2018 Order# 406-1527567-0073954
on delivery i found that J-go touch max faulty an i have raised complaint for return but while returning my family gives him J-go but couriered boy asked him to give Philips and my family gave him Philips by mistake this things happened and after that i have called amazon customer service and raised complaint for this and they gave me faithful trust but after 96 hour still there is no solution i am calling him regularly but not responding positive feedback so kindly help me take out this situation
