Not given refund, talk to flipkart several times but they did not refund my money.

Sir, i want to purchase Nokia 2 on 17/12/2017. Firstly i feel each and every details which flipkart did want and they debit Rs. 6201 my money from my brother HDFC Bank but they credit money on same day. After 5 days i.e. 22/12/2017 they claim money from bank and bank give them money without my permission. After this process i will talk to flipkart several times but they did not refund my money. I send each and every details to the flipkart that which are send by HDFC Bank. In that mail every body can see that my amount will be credit to the flipkart. In my First complaints flipkart gives me many times that our technical team will contact you withing 72 working hours but they did not solve the problem. Many times they send me to the bank that send or give details to the bankers that amount did not recieve by flipkart but in bank details see everything that amount will be goes to flipkart. After the all things this is good that i will complained against the flipkart.....
In the given images you can see everything in 1st image all details of December 2017 from bank Statement. In 2nd details given from online complained to HDFC dispute form. In 3rd image this is the message by flipkart on 22/12/2017.
Sir, i request you to take some immediate action upon flipkart ....

And Rupees are debited from my brother account Rahul S/o Sh. Jai bhagwan VPO Shamri Buran. My brother account in HDFC Bank. In those day flipkart was organize a sale i.e. 10% discount on HDFC debit or credit card. So we pay from my brother account. The original amount of that mobile are Rs. 6800 Something . This is the full issue that we are given to you. I think that each and every thing i will send to you it is upon you that how you will given refund to me....

    Sir, my complaint no are JGJN032272 .
    I did not receive any working mail on my mail id regarding process of my complained. Because i complaint many days ago there are not a single process working on my case. Sir, please i request you for take some strict action upon flipkart on the behalf of my case. Thanks
