Flipkart.com old product provided and not providing assistance even it is under warranty

Had bought a Sparx running shoe from Flipkart in December and within warranty period as offered by the retailer, the shoe torn off since it was of low quality or deplicate product. I informed Flipkart as well as the retailer through the email id provided by Flipkart but its been approx one and half month since my first complaint and till now the issue hasn't been resolved and no one is giving proper response to me.
