Food from my order missing, I ordered food yesterday from zomato

I ordered food yesterday from zomato, choosing some dal and rotis and sabji from a restaurant. Food came 12 mins later than the promised time, then when i bought the order inside my room and opened the poly-bag, there was dal, sabji and salad. But there was NO Roti, I complained on the zomato chat support. They said restaurant tells us that we have sent the full order. But i haven't got that full order. I don't know where it went missing. I just told them on chat that how am i able to eat a sabji without roti. They said in last almost after 1 more hour of wait after the order delivery, that we shall refund you for the 4 rotis i.e. Rs.40. I told them just because of your slow chat and slow action my sabji is also cold. So basically its not the restaurant's fault, its the zomato who is liable to pay me full amount back. Plus they have caused me a lot of stress and mental torture. They are liable to pay me the damages too.
