Received Damged Phone - Redmi Note 5 Pro form Xiaomi India

This is regarding damged phone Mi India has sent me.Package seal from inside was broken and whole box was tempered. Phone is bent from middle and even touchscreen from the bent area is damaged.
My Complaint no. is WOIN2018070701142 on Xiaomi india.
I've raiseded this complaint on 7th and today is 24 July. I've been calling them regulary regarding my complaint from 7th only and their customer executives say that they will call me within 24 hours. I haven't received not even a single call from their side in 15 days.
I posted the matter on their facebook pages and they BLOCKED ME without resolving the issue.They dont want other people to know how pathetic their aftersale support is.
After waiting so long, what i get today is a mail from company that i should courier the damaged phone to you at OWN COST.Moreover when i talked to their seniors she said " THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION YOU HAVE" You may mail us at our official id for 'your satisfaction' The result will remain the same. you have to bear the cost of shipping and wait for another week.
One of their executives said and i quote " You can take any action". Bearing the cost and getting the refund is your only option and that too within 72 hours.
So at the end, i have a damaged phone, a deadline of 72 hours and headache of sending the phone back. They wasted my time and now they want to waste my money and energy.
I request you to look into the matter and kindly help ke to resolve my problem. I am exhausted by the sheer amount of harassment.
I've screenshots and recorded calls of how this fraud company is managing its costumers (if you need them)
