Defected handset sold by Xiaomi regarding the worst customer service

This is Darshan Ailani and I'm writing to you regarding the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I bought MI Note 4 just 2 weeks back from Flipkart and the phone has turned out to be default handset with new problems coming up everyday. I visited the Service Center in Marathahalli, Bangalore and after wasting more than 2 hours my phone has still the same reception and video recording issues but you staff is just not able to fix. They asked me to contact the TVS manager who number is mentioned.

I'M FINDING IT SO DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE THAT ITS HARDLY BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE I BOUGHT THIS PHONE AND NOBODY AT XIAOMI SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I feel cheated with the money I have paid them and the quality of product and service I'm getting in return from them. I demand a complete refund of my money and want to return the handset to Xiaomi.

Please help me expedite this request and resolve this ASAP.
